How much do you read?

IMG_1881 Always have books with me wherever I go!

Yesterday, I met up with two of my friends. Well actually, they didn’t know I was stopping at the bar but knew they were both there. I haven’t seen them in a long time. So I secretly surprised them knowing that I need to go home to read and finish up my last minute touches for my Book Club party happening on Sunday. While I was sitting there catching up with them, I had this thought… Do I read too much? How much is too much reading? Now listen, I love to read. I read on lunch breaks, at my hair salon while waiting for my color to get done, when I am waiting for dinner to finish cooking, or even in the bath tub. I read before I go to bed and if I have time, I will read in the morning. My book/NOOK/Kindle are with me more than my cell phone is so I know I read too much.  I know this all sounds like I read non-stop. However, reading and doing this blog is my passion so I need to read as much as I can.

My questions to you is… How much do you read? How many books can you finish in a week? A month?  Do you think you read too much? Or do you not read enough?

I know today’s blog is short and simple but I really wanted to hear from you. Plus, I might be secretly losing my mind over this Book Club (in a good way of course). So all of my attention is focused on that this week.

Again, I would love to hear from you so please comment, LIKE, or of course talk to me on my other social media accounts.

In other news… I have more spots open for anyone that would like to join my Book Club. I pick the book and then we have one month to read. Then, we get together to discuss the book. It is a great way to get everyone together. E-mail me at if you are interested. I would love to have you part of the CuddleMeBooks Book Club!

    1. I love that you both are reading and can’t wait until our Junior Book Club Party!

  2. I don’t think you can read too much! I can finish a good book in 2 days! I also go through spurts of not reading anything and then spurts of the only thing I do is read! I notice I read a lot in the summer by the pool and in the winter under a bunch of blankets!

  3. I do not read enough, but thanks to you I have been reading a lot more. I have now turned off the tv before bed time & read until I fall asleep.
