Two AMAZING books by Devney Perry

Wow! 10 Days! 10 Days till we say “I DO!”

If you follow me on a regular basis then you know that I haven’t been writing as much as I would like to. Although I am wedding planning almost every day, I also just been relaxing on my couch. So reading hasn’t been on top of my list.

However.. I did finish Letters to Molly by Devney Perry.

Who else is a big Devney Perry fan? Who is new to Devney Perry because of my recent posts? Well follow along because I am going to give you reasons why you should continue OR start reading her books.

  1. All her books are set in her home town state- Montana.
  2. She has three AMAZING series; The Lark Cove Series, The Maysen Jar Series, and Jamison Valley Series.
  3. Her books have so much emotion in them that they make you laugh, feel angry, and cry, cry, cry.. lots of tears.
  4. Each story is beautiful in some way.
  5. Get ready because there is some romantic thrillers that keep you on the edge of your seat.
  6. Finally.. she’s Devney and her writing is so GOOD!

I have read four out of the 12 books and I can’t wait to read ALL of them. Go read them now!

Meet Julianna

My niece Julianna is sleeping over tonight and last year she decided to start her own Junior Book Club. I decided to do something fun on this blog and ask her a few questions.

How did you start getting into books?

~ I have to read books for school. However, I started to learn what different genres I liked to read. Therefore, I wanted to start a Junior Book Club.

What is your favorite book?

~ Since You’ve Been Gone by Morgan Matson

Why is this your favorite book?

~ It was fun to read and had suspense and thriller all mixed into it.

What are you reading now?

~ Always and Forever Laura Jean by Jenny Han

Would you rather read a book or watch a movie based on that book?

~ Both, only because I like to see how similar or different they can be.

Would you ever read Twilight by Stephenie Meyer?

~ No, my aunt is making me watch the movie right now. Eventually someday!

*Side note- this movie came out the same year she was born (Am I that old?).

What is your favorite genre?

~ Fiction

Who is the coolest aunt in the world?

~ Aunt Kait (that’s me)

You always read about what I like to read or what I am reading so I wanted to do something different by asking my niece these questions. It is always fun to hear about what an eleven year old enjoys reading. Especially since it is summer time.

I hope you enjoyed reading this short blog today. I was trying to switch it up and plan to switch it up by the end of the summer. I want to change my layout of my blog as well. Stay tuned!

Before I go, I wanted to let you know that I am reading something so different than my usual romance genre. I am currently reading- Court of Thorn and Roses by Sarah J. Maas. It is a Fantasy Fiction and I am surprisingly enjoying it. I should have a blog up by the end of Sunday… it is my bachelorette weekend after all!

Have a good week!
